The forensic doctors used to know when someone is poisoned with a toxicological test, with blood samples, urine, gastric washes and after the person throw up, but a biological proof of someone who dies been poisoned are the congestions of viseral tissues, the smell of almond, and edema of the lungs, rash, sores around the mouth or diarrhea , taking into account that poison mostly affect the respiratory system, we must remember that most common efects are pulmonary fibrosis, allergic alveolitis and cancer.
